Retrieve Task Participant Name

Hello,

I am very new to AgilePoint. I have a requirement to keep the Task Participant Name updated in the custom database table that is used to create an eForm. So when the Reassign Task feature is used from Work Center, i want to update my database table record for that process instance with the reassigned task participant. Is it possible? Either at time when Reassign Task is done or as a batch at certain time in the day That way the database table has the correct info about who the task is assigned to.... to run some custom reports later.

  Hi San,

  if you want to do that just in time, when it is reassigned, then you would need an agilepoint developer for listening to this event. If a batch is ok, then you could use standard rest webservices of AgilePoint for that.

  Thank you for the quick response. I will check on agilepoint developer. For now will look for batch option.... is this something we can do in agilepoint or will have to do outside of it? Sorry I haven't explored all the capabilities yet for agilepoint.

  Hi San,

  this is the functionalities inside AgilePoint. Go to settings -> tenant settings -> OpenAPI Document URL (Swagger) link -> this are the rest services with descriptions that you can use. Don't forget to authorize for testing ;)
