What are the best practices for managing Apps?
Hello,
We have an on-prem AgilePoint environment where Power Users will be working the portal to create Processes and eForms. What are some of the best practices around these topics?
1. Restricting App access only to the creator by default?
2. Sync'ing Users and Groups from SharePoint and AD concurrently and
3. Creating default naming conventions for Apps (ex. Business Unit + App Type + App Name)

1. This is already so. Only service user can see all applications. All other (alsoadministrator rolle) can see only apps, where they are in designers/owners. If you want, that administrators always see all apps - you will need to create this functionality yourself. Or we could speak about it if you write an email at alexey.shmelkin@absc.de
2. Syncing users from AD is standard feature of agilepoint. Normally SharePoint users come also from AD, if not - you should create sync yourself. Application for that could be also found in internet.
3. This is completely dofferent in different companies. I would suggest BusinessUnit_Division_AppName. App type is already shown by icon.Regards,
