Canceling a task that is already closed

HI

I am trying to allow a user to unsubscribe from that is previously filled out.

How can I do this after the task is already closed ?

Please explain in detail

  Which feature are you referring to in this sentence 'allow a user to unsubscribe from that is previously filled out' ?

  Are you trying to change the user name of the task after completion of the task?

  Hi

  No that's not what I meant.

  I want to allow the user to change or cancel a form that is already filled.

  for example:
  I am an end-user, and I filled out and approved a "travel registration application form".
  Now, I have a problem and I can't go on a trip and I want to cancel that registration.

  How can this be done in Agile-point after the task form closed?

  Hi Doron,

  In the Process-Based Application, once the task has been submitted you can not cancel the task.

  The end-user only cancels the process to unsubscribe him/herself before the user will go on a trip if the end-user has permission for the same to cancel a process.

  Hi Doron,

  for the desired functionality there could be two answers:

  1) it is not possible in an easy way (see AgilePoint answer)

  2) You could create another app, where you can list all requests for that proccess and posibility to change/cancel that processes.

  The second way can be done easier, if the data is stored in for example database, so changing the data is easy. If it is in AgilePoint, you can make use of REST services of AgilePoint to change the data of the running proccess.
