Authenticate WITHOUT Active Directory
When a consultant helped us with our installation of AP, they set up 2 users that are using a domain login (looks as though AD is enabled. However, AD service is not enabled on the VM. It is our own partner installation so we would like to add and authenticate users without AD. In the graphic attached, you can see that AD is enabled (Diamond-VM is the domain). In the other pic you can see the 2 different types of users. user Diamond-VM/gspaid logs in successfully but we user bshuart cannot log in). We would like both authentication mechanisms (AD and AP application authentication), but would also be OK with simply being able to just use AP app authentication).

To login to AgilePoint portal, you need to use any of Authentication Providers from below list. AgilePoint does not have any built-in Authentication system.

By looking at screenshot I believe it's an on-premise standalone machine without AD. So those two users must be on the local computer (Diamond-VM).
1. You should create a new user on the local computer.
2. Same user name you should add in the manager center https://documentation.agilepoint.com/10/admin/cloudemAddNewUser.html
