Event services- Db triggered task assign data to attribute

I triggered tasks from Db insert and I want to get some of the columns' data. I can get 3 different column by assigned them to my process fields in the Column List in the Event service. But now I want to add one more mapping and it does not work.

  Could you please elaborate on the steps of how you have updated the event service? Since locally we are not able to reproduce the issue.

  Hi Suhail,

  Sorry for this lack of details.

  

  I wanted creating a task to be triggered ffrom Database insert operation. After that, I intend to name process instance as the concatenation of two column from the database that cause triggering. 

  I create two process fields for these columns and one of them is filled when process started. But other one "vkbur" field gets always empty.

  I checked it. The other database columns also do not assigned to process field. Afterthat I tried to remove one of my old mapping,vbeln; but this removing does not change anything. My process field vbeln continues to get number from triggering database.
