How can I import excel tables to agilepoint

Hi there, I have some Excel tables to import to Agilepoint. I try to save them as an XML file to be compatible but when trying to import the table to Agilepoint I get a message stating

"Selected XML file is corrupt or invalid. Please select a valid XML file"

I'm saving the file as XML Spreadsheet 2003.

How do I have to save an Excel File to make it importable to agilepoint?
