Could you please elaborate your requirement in detail ?

    Hi.

An example will be more clear. We're defining an onboarding process and have several participants in it (Finance, Payroll, IT...).

So we create One task for each participant so they can perform their activities. If we take IT as an example of a participant, their task will be a list of subtasks like: create a windows account, install apps... How we could manage these subtasks as a checklist in AgilePoint without creating an activity/task node for each one?

    Thx!

We have an Employee Onboarding process and what we did was create checklists using Yes/No Radio buttons on the task eForms themselves.  So in your example of the IT task, you could put several mandatory questions on the form like:

    Create Windows Account
      O Yes
      O No

    Install Apps
      O Yes
      O No

That way the person completing the task has to address each item and indicate Yes or No if that item was done.  You could even have a rule on each question so that if they answer "No" to a question, a field appears where they have to explain why that item was not done.

We also then capture all the responses in a checklist document that is generated at the end of the process using a Word Document activity.  We have a Word template document with Merge fields that we map all the responses to so that there is a record of what was done and what was not done.

Here is an example of a Checklist task that we create for the Hiring Manager to do on the employees' first day of work.  We don't have rules where they have to explain why they did not do an item but we do capture the date the task was marked as completed using a rule.  If they answer "Yes" to the question, we populate the Date Completed with Current Date but allow the user to change the date if necessary.  If they answer "No" to the question, we clear out the date.

    Hi Loren!

Thx for the answer. We thought about the same solution but we were wondering if there is another solution. As I see, I think that's the best way to do it.

Thx again Loren, it's very appreciated!
