Update record not updating

Good day,

I have a process based app. There is a start task that captures a string in a textbox as well as the record id in another text box.

I then use "update record" to update the record in the agile point data entity, using the info from the previously mentioned text boxes.

The data does not update. I have tried adding to the database which was successful.
