Hi all! I'm looking for a little advice...
I have a process being considered for AgilePoint. The Safety department would start a process for a weekly Safety Tailgate meeting, assigning the safety topic(s) to be covered in that week's meeting. A weekly tailgate tracking form should then be assigned, separately, to every supervisor (we have lots of supervisors) for them to record the attendance of their employees at that week's safety tailgate meeting.
This process is different to my previous AgilePoint forms - so far, those have all been on-demand HR forms with associated approval workflows. This process begins with a Start form in Safety (assigning that weeks topics), but then needs to assign dozens of separate Tasks, one to each of the supervisors for them to carry out the safety tailgate meeting and record the employee attendances.
Would the best way to do this be to loop through the Supervisors group and start a sub-process for each of them (all the sub-processes can/should run in parallel)? Would each sub-process have it's own unique set of form data, i.e. each Supervisor would have their own form, with their own employees?
Any thoughts from folks who have done similar processes in the past?
