Email Attachment

Has anyone else run into issues with attaching a file to an email template? No matter what I enter into the server path field, event a legit server file path or a variable, as soon as I click the "Ok" button to save the template, the file path must disappear because when I go back into into the email template and check the attachment file path, it's no longer there.

  Hi Cindy,

  I've just tried this on my AgilePoint 7 VM, and it works.

  After I input the URL, click the plus button to add your URL.

  Hi Lucas, 

  Thanks for your help with this question. You're right, in order to save the file path, you do have to click on the "+" icon after you've entered the file path. If you don't do this, the file path doesn't get saved. *Sigh* It would have been helpful if AgilePoint's online documentation/instructions provided this kind of useful information.
