When you download the AgilePoint Mobile App it asked for the Server Instance URL. Where do you locate this URL on AgilePoint platform.

  Hi Darci,

  If I recall correctly, you are running AgilePoint on-premises, correct?  Do you know if your servers have been exposed over the internet?

  To confirm, using mobile data, can you please browse to the AgilePoint portal on your mobile device? If not, this is a good indicator that your AgilePoint server is not accessible over the internet.  In that event, we will need to work with your IT group to enable this capability.
