I am trying to give a little more detail about the task that the employee can view before opening a task in the Work Center inbox.
I have a custom email notification that gives information such as the name of the customer who needed the follow up and the topic of the follow up. Right now this means my workaround is telling people to use their company emails to navigate to the tasks because I can provide that additional information.
- It would be nice that as the employee's inbox grows with more "follow up customers" they are still able to tell which one is which by glancing at the Task Name or some other variable I can change the value of and maintain the link to the task.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated here!
