Besides in the Form Library, where can I delete a form data variable?

I using a Data Grid control in an eForm, displaying an inline list (header columns). There are some header columns that are still displaying on the eForm even though I've deleted them from the Inline List Options but are still appearing in Process Data > Form Data. I'm not able to locate or delete the inline list options in the Form Library. Is there another place in AgilePoint that I can permanently delete these unnecessary inline list options? Thanks!

  Please go to the Process library as shown below to delete the data permanently from the data grid control.

  After deleting the columns, please save the form.  This should delete the columns permanently and will not show in runtime process data.

  Hi Lucas, thank you for responding to my question. 

  I spent some time trying to figure out how to permanently delete an inline list option that wasn't showing up in the control's inline list anymore but wasn't able to come up with anything. Since my data grid was pulling data from a SharePoint list, I held my breath and just deleted the control and re-created it. Thank you!
