Workcenter task refresh

Hi,

We are using a custom page including a work center widget. Is there anyway to automate the refresh (like every 3 or 5 seconds) since a lot of tasks are being generated and sometimes it's a bit overwhelming for users to keep refreshing to see new tasks.

    Ali, I had a similar concern earlier and found out that the auto refresh feature is not provided in Work Center due to multiple technical concerns and possibly end user concerns. From the top of my head and an important one is that as Auto-Refresh will need to make multiple API calls to the AgilePoint from all end user machines (for every X seconds), this might lead to a performance issues and slow down the system.

    However we were able to achieve a similar use case by performing the below steps

    Steps:

    1. Navigate to Work Center navigation under the Settings Module
    2. Disable "Open eForms In Quick View"
    3. Save the changes.
    4. Go back to the custom page built on Page Builder, open the task visible in the Work Center widget and after task completion, the Work Center reloads and the new set of tasks would be present.
