Upgrading to Agile point to latest version

We need to reinstall our server, i would like to upgrade our current installed version of 6.1 to version 8.

i have a few questions:

1. Where can i obtain latest setup version for installation?.

2. Can we upgrade from version 6.1 to 8 ?, or do i need a clean installation ?

3. Is version 8 backward compatible with version 6.1 ?
