    When we were getting this error, we figured out that we had firewall rules and network policies that were blocking the connection to the AgilePoint databases.  Our network engineers ran a network trace and were able to identify which rule it was.

    This seems to be a specific environment related issue.

    If this issue still applicable, kindly follow with AgilePoint support and open a ticket, to have an official AgilePoint support look into that and assist. Additional information on your environment and application will be needed to be provided, which should only be provided privately over support.
