cannot submit ICAP Work Center / My Apps
When using Work Center / My Apps / ICAP Request I always receive the below
The server is not available. Please try your request again later.

This seems to be a specific environment related issue.
If this issue still applicable, kindly follow with AgilePoint support and open a ticket, to have an official AgilePoint support look into that and assist. Additional information on your environment and application will be needed to be provided, which should only be provided privately over support.
