Change Log tracking for eform fields
Hello everyone,
I have a form with 100+ data fields of various types (Selection, text field, etc). It will be going through review, edit, and approval steps, being sent to various individuals and groups before going to a published step. I would like to have a field on the review/approval steps to track/show the changes made to any/all fields within the form as it goes through edits. Is there a method to do this automatically with the workflow? I'd love to show the changes themselves but if nothing else indicating a list of which fields were changed would be helpful. Thanks

AgilePoint provides a Data Services component that comprises of Data Population and Data Tracking. You could enable Data Tracking for the application and the captured details can be monitored in the Data Tracking tab in Manage Center. In continuation, you could have a subform or a data grid that would display the old value and new value by triggering an onChange event for the fields.
