Error while importing pages

Hi,

I am trying to export and import a page from one environment to other. When i try to import, it given an error Unable to import data - Core.PortalBuilder.PortalFileIsLockedByOtherUser. The description is self explanatory but all components are checked in (Page, JS, Image, CSS) and published too. Ofcourse this error does not happen when importing page for first time, but only when it is overwritten by new version.

  Hi Madhur,

   

  The error message you shared is shown when we try to import files (Page, CSS, JS, Images, or Menus) that are in a checked-out state on the target environment. Please check if there are files with the same name as any of the dependent files in the exported page.

   

  There is a possibility that a file that was used earlier but is not used on the page anymore, is in a checked-out state. Also, please make sure that all dependent library files are not only saved but committed as well. Committing is similar to checking the file in.

   

  If the issue persists even after performing these steps, please raise a support ticket with AgilePoint Support, providing details of the environment, AgilePoint version, etc.
