How to view the eForms Report View for a completed Process
When I submit a form, I can click its name in the Processes I Started tab and I get a menu with an option to view the eForms Report View. This shows me the form I entered along with the data.
What I can't seem to find is a way to see the eForms Report View for processes that have completed.
As a second part to this question, is there a way to influence what fields are seen on the eForms Report View?
Thanks, Dave.

Hi David,
To see processes that you have completed you need to filter your results. The filter button is located on the upper left side of the Processes I've Worked tab.
The answer to the second part of your question, you can set any task as the eform report view on the process model designer.
1. Click Properties from the main navigation
2. Click the task that you want to use as your report view
3. In the properties under eforms set the report view option to True
Hope this helps.

Thanks to Shahaji at AgilePoint for walking me through this a while back. This is a way to customize the Report View.
By default, the Report View is the form associated with the first activity in your process model. As DeWayne said, you can change this by choosing any task in your process model. I usually create a new form and call it Report View. That way I can choose what controls are shown and how it is formatted. Then I add a Standard Task activity at the end of my process model and name it Set Report View. I choose the Report View form, set the participant to ProcessInitiator, and save the activity.
Then, with that activity selected in the process model, choose Properties > Agile Properties.
Set Auto Complete to True and Report View to True.
Select the initial activity in the process model and set Report View to False. Only one activity in the process can have the Report View property set to True. Then I validate the process, save, check in, and publish the application.

I'm using report view to view a complete task however if you have a date field that set to "current date" it will change the initial date to what ever date it is when the report view is viewed. For example, I completed an eform 11/12/17 and i want to view that eform in report view on 11/21/17 to see the date it was initiated. In report view that date will change to 11/21/17 can you help me out to resolve this?

If you use a custom eForm for your Report View and set it to its own activity in the process model, you can then remove all the defaults, rules, validation, and on-form-load events. That way it will show the data that is stored in your form variables.
It will only show for those process instances that were started or migrated to the process model version that was published with the custom Report View. For any process instances that have already completed, there is no way to go back and edit the Report View or tell it to use a different eForm.
