Parallel task and condition

I am using parallel task and I want to show different display name for each form in the work center. How can I achieve this? If not possible, can I use and condition for the two standard task ?

  Hi,

  You can drag and drop multiple standard task activities to assign unique display names to each form in the work center.
  Please refer the below screenshot for your reference.
