server-side NX Portal administrator

The server-side NX Portal administrator is the administrator for NX Portal on the AgilePoint Server machine. The credentials for this user are stored separately in the NX Portal server configuration, but the credentials must be the same as the AgilePoint System Account. The result is that the server-side NX Portal administrator is simply the AgilePoint System Account. However, the credentials must be encrypted and stored separately for NX Portal, so this is sometimes considered an additional administrator account.

The server-side Portal administrator credentials are different from the security role that is technically referred to as Tenant Administrator, but is called simply administrator in the NX Portal Settings. The Tenant Administrator role can be assigned to any registered user in AgilePoint NX. The server-side Portal administrator credentials should be linked to the person who is the AgilePoint NX System Administrator, and is responsible for the AgilePoint System Account credentials.
