The REST API lets you execute actions in AgilePoint NX with REST. This is especially useful for mobile apps, but you can use the REST API with any web-based applications.

You can use AgilePoint remote API, in which you can access using a web service or a Windows service (WCF). The AgilePoint remote API is designed and implemented using the Microsoft .NET WCF framework.
